ABOUT USHistoryAt the foot of West Wycombe Hill in the Chiltern countryside, our garden centre and Farm Shop is steeped in history. Old maps, dating back to 1754, refer to the creation of a walled garden for the Dashwood estate, to provide fresh vegetables and exotic fruits for local gentry and villagers. Commercial supply of plants and food has continued since then, making us, we believe, the oldest garden centre and Farm Shop site in Britain. Since opening as Plant & Harvest in 2003, our friendly team and fresh ideas have made us a firm local favourite, both for house and garden essentials, and the distinctively non-essential. WebshopAt Plant & Harvest Direct, we try to give you access to the best of our products. Due to space restrictions, we do not stock all items shown here at our site in West Wycombe, e.g. summerhouses and gazebos. On the other hand: there are some items, especially those found in our Farm Shop, which you will only find at our site in West Wycombe. Why don’t you come and see us there soon?
