When you place an order with Plant and Harvest, you agree to accept our terms and conditions:

General

Every effort is taken to ensure that the information contained in this web site is correct and up to date. However, Plant and Harvest disclaim all warranties and representations as to the accuracy of any information contained if at any time it becomes inadvertently out of date or incomplete. Plant and Harvest cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of this information.

Plant and Harvest is not responsible for this site's accuracy or the reliability of the access to this site. Neither will we assume responsibility for the contents of any other web sites to which this site has links. These links are provided for your convenience only.

Plant and Harvest aim to deliver goods of the highest quality. Every effort is made to display only items that are in stock or which can be dispatched to you quickly and direct from the manufacturer. From time to time we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, in which case we will advise you immediately. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative, to have the products sent as soon as they become available, or to cancel the order.

Plant and Harvest reserve the right to make changes to this website and these terms at any time.

Prices and Offers

All prices quoted are in British pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 17.5%, where applicable. If the price changes between you placing and receiving your order, we will honour the original price. Orders are accepted at the sole discretion of Plant and Harvest and are subject to your credit card being authorised for the transaction. All transactions are conducted through a secure web server.

Price Pledge

If you find an identical item we sell cheaper at another UK retailer, we will refund the difference. The comparative price must be valid at the time of purchase. Clearance sales and business liquidations may be excepted.

Offers

Offers are indicative and can be changed at any time without prior notice.

Cancellations & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods you can return any item in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt of goods for a replacement or a full refund. Any complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days.

You also have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without giving a reason and return the goods to Plant and Harvest for a full refund. Any refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation.

Delivery charges can not be refunded and the customer carries the cost of returning the goods to us.

Delivery Charges

We only deliver to mainland UK. Usually orders are packed, dispatched and delivered to your door within 3 to 7 working days, some special order items like sheds and furniture can take up to 28 days as we will arrange delivery straight from the supplier. Delivery times throughout the UK are kept to a minimum by using a combination of our own transport, Parcel Force and national couriers. If any unusual delays are due to occur you will be informed by a member of staff.

Our parcel carriers deliver weekdays between 7am and 5pm. If nobody is available to receive and sign for the delivery it will be left in a safe location or with a neighbour (complying with any instructions given). If this is not possible a card will be left with the carrier's telephone number. Please call the number to arrange for redelivery or collection. If an item cannot be delivered on the third attempt an additional charge may be incurred.

Delivery over £100 is free. Our delivery charge for orders between up to £49.99 we charge £3.99 and for orders between £50.00 and £99.99 we charge £4.99.

Delivery of heavy or bulky items as well as delivery to Northern Scotland and other remote areas may incur extra charges. Plant & Harvest will contact you in case these charges become applicable to your order. For any of those additional delivery charges we only ever pass the cost price on to our customers.

Privacy Policy

Plant & Harvest's does not disclose any customer web site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart and for administrative reasons.

Remittance Terms

Please note that for administrative reasons we cannot take deposits or hold goods without payment in full. Your credit / switch card is charged in full at the time of ordering.

Law

These conditions are governed and construed by English law. English courts will resolve any disputes. The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
